No, they are not officially linked, even if the contract address appears to be the same. As of now, only the tokens deployed on the Cronos network are recognized as part of the official Xitcoin ecosystem. Tokens found on other networks were the result of a phishing attempt during the early phase of the project, which led to those networks being disconnected. For future deployments, tokens will be wrapped and issued under a new dedicated contract address, which has not yet been established. Always follow links shared through the official website or documentation, and contact the team through our Discord for any questions.

Xitcoin was deployed with an initial total supply of 21,000,000,000 $XTC. Following a community vote, a series of burns were executed as part of the supply control strategy. This process concluded on July 23, 2025, aligning with the migration to the new contract and the implementation of the updated supply. The final total supply is now fixed at 5,250,000,000 $XTC. A plan is currently in development to build a private blockchain dedicated to the Xitcoin ecosystem. This network will host future applications and contribute to the expansion of decentralization and broader adoption within the DeFi space.

  • Go to migration.xitcoin.org.
  • Connect your wallet.
  • Your old XTC (V1) token balance will automatically display and can be swapped at a 1:1 ratio for the new version (V2).
  • Make sure you have enough CRO to cover the gas fees required for the transaction.
  • Once migration is confirmed, the process is irreversible and old tokens will be sent to a dead address.
  • The old contract was based on a different total supply compared to the new version.
  • As migration progresses, token supply adjustments may cause outdated or misleading data on the old version.
  • Always refer to the updated contract as the official and accurate source of information.
  • There is no time limit — you can migrate whenever you want.
  • The migration process is permanently recorded on the blockchain, and the maximum supply allocated to the new contract cannot be increased.
  • Each migration only exchanges your old token for the new token; no additional tokens can be created.
  • Even if the old version eventually shows a value of zero, your tokens will be burned during migration and replaced with the new version.
